Introducing AlbR
Further to the announcement of 1 July 2025, we are delighted to announce that Peterhouse Capital Limited (“Peterhouse“) and AlbR Capital Limited (“AlbR“) have combined their Capital Markets business under the new name of AlbR Capital Limited (“AlbR“) effective from 1 October 2025.
The teams from Peterhouse and AlbR are excited about the resources that the business will have and the services it is able to offer, bringing together each Firm’s Corporate Finance/Advisory and Corporate Broking businesses, along with AlbR’s Private Growth Capital team.

We have experience
AlbR Capital is led by a team of highly experienced financial professionals coming from a wide range of backgrounds. AlbR uses their skills and expertise to help clients admitted to trading on the Main Market and AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the Aquis Growth Market.
We use insight
AlbR is built up of three main teams, Corporate Broking, Corporate Advisory and Private Growth Capital. Each team at AlbR brings their own wealth of knowledge to a transaction and whether working as an individual team or providing a joint service, AlbR always endeavours to ensure a successful outcome.
We understand
AlbR brings a level of understanding to each transaction the teams participate in. The Corporate Broking team is responsible for providing capital to companies with market capitalisations up to £100m at IPO and for secondary fund raisings. The Corporate Advisory team provides a range of advisory services largely to Main Market and Aquis companies as well as those companies looking join a UK market. The Private Growth Capital team helps to raise growth capital for early-stage private companies.
